This may be a pattern...

...me skipping a few days and blogging all at once. I'm kinda ok with that too.

The last couple days I've done alright...

 Monday was 286.8

and this morning
 *drumroll*

285.0!

Finally getting back on track perhaps... But I suppose we shall see what happens when the few slices of pizza I had tonight that I just couldn't pull myself away from effects me. Hopefully not too bad.

I am kinda bummed however. We got the apartment and have it reserved, but there isn't a fitness center there any longer. So I suppose I will have to suck it up and just start walking as much as I can. I'll find a good pair of shoes and just go for it. I can do this, I know I can.

The Last Couple Days

I've been slacking, I know. So here goes...

Friday, I jumped to 287.0, Saturday it was up to 288.0
I had extra food, and a few things I shouldn't have. Not to mention I ate later than I should, but I was hungry and stressing, and with no money to go get something healthy to keep on hand to snack on, I had to make do with what I had. I'm ok with this. Each day is a new day, right? 

Today, Sunday. 287.6

Back on the downward swing. Its early so I haven't had anything yet but I'm about to enjoy a fresh, hot cup of coffee with a bit of french vanilla creamer in it to wake up before heading off to church. 

We also found out yesterday that the apartment we were hoping to get, we got! Which means starting September 20th, I will have access to an on-site fitness center. Its small, from what I hear, but it has a stationary bike, a stepper, and weights. So it will help immensely! Everyone keeps suggesting just walking, and I love to walk. But after standing on my feet 8 hours a day, by the time I get home I'm almost in tears when I stand back up, and I kinda think it has something to do with being so heavy, so hopefully later on I'll be able to walk more. I can do it on my days off just fine, but that's only 2 days a week. 

*sniff sniff* Coffee is ready! Have a blessed Sunday loves!

Day 2

Weight: 260.0   down .6 pounds. 

Today I went over my calories but it was mostly at lunch time which happened to be at about 11am, so I'm hoping that most of them were put to good use walking around Walmart. 

Breakfast: Special K Protein Shake

Lunch: I went to Shari's with Ms. Rachel and had a half a bacon sandwich, dry, with lettuce, a side Caesar salad, dressing on the side, and *gasp* a slice of S'mores Pie.... that itty bitty thing was just over 500 calories by itself! But, I'm good on chocolate for a while hehe. 


When I got home, I ate a sandwich almost identical to yesterday's except for it having Light Miracle Whip instead of Mayo, and it was Potato Bread instead of sourdough. So a few less calories in that. :) I did, however, have some more root beer. Teddy's to be exact, from the dollar store. And I must say its amazing! That also killed my count though. Perhaps had 2 and a half servings of it at 120 cal per serving, and that was after I was already over, but whats done is done. 

I suppose I did just have a fudgecicle... and I think a cookie jumped in my mouth at some point... But the cookies have been taken care of. I made Chris eat the rest of them so I wouldn't be tempted any more. :D

This is where I spill it all...

The details of my day... what I've eaten, good and bad. The exercise that I did or perhaps, did not, do. My weight on a daily or weekly basis, however it happens, and how I'm feeling about it all. Its more a way of me to keep track of things than for anyone to follow, but if you'd like to follow, please feel free to do so. I can use all the encouragement I can get! :)

So...

Day 1:

286.6 lbs.

Today, for breakfast, it was nothing more than a cup of coffee with a bit too much creamer (at least according to the serving size, but it tasted soo good!) and a bite of Amish Friendship bread.

Lunch, I went to Taco Bell where I had two crunchy taco supreme, and a beefy 5-layer burrito, washed down with a diet Pepsi. Horrible I know, but only half my calorie count for the day.

Dinner was a sandwich. Bout half a handful of mesquite turkey breast with a smear of mayo, a couple drops of horseradish,  a squeeze of honey mustard (a small one!) and a slice of cheese on two slices of sourdough bread. And according to my calorie count I'm at 1650/1870, so I'm doing well!

I think there may have been a cookie in there somewhere, but oh well... :)
